Pros: lovely heated pool, spacious deck, all modern and clean, tastefully decorated, home office if you need to do a bit of work, completely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fast wi-fi, powerful & quiet central A/C, located on a quiet street but still 2 miles from excellent dining in Southold, enclosed backyard which is private and beautifully landscaped. «This house is a slice of heaven! In a quiet neighborhood on the bay. The views from the kitchen, great room and sunroom are amazing. We ate most meals on the huge deck where we were comfortable even on hot days because of the shade of the trees and umbrella. Watching sailboats from the yacht club every day was so relaxing. The large sofas in both gathering rooms were comfy for everyone to be together. We were 8 adults, 3 kids and we all had plenty of room . The sandy beach is perfect for little ...

«Such a beautifull home where pictures do not do it justice! The home is in an unbeatable location just a few minute drive to stores, town, wineries, breweries and more! It is also a 2 min walk to the bay. The home will be even better when the pool is ready for summer, which is currently being being & looks great.»
