«hotel staff went above and beyond with great service. from a free bottle of wine delivered to our room to the restaurant giving us an apple to staff bringing toothpaste to our room. when i left a hairbrush in the room, they had it in the lobby in less than 15 mins. from checkout so that I didn't end up going home without it. they were wonderful! we plan to be back.»

«The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting.»

«staff told me that I had a room credit that could be used for food and beverages. upon check out, i had not been comped the credit that i was told i had by front desk staff. i later called the property and talked to the manager and told her that her staff said I had a credit for my room but had not been credited. although the mistake was on her end, she was only willing to reverse 1 $30 charge, though I had charged $90 total. completely unacceptable. thankfully i called my credit card and got ...

«The hotel has a good location, being close to the city center made a lot within walking distance in an otherways not so walkable city. The gym was small, but had the necessary equipment for a good workout; treadmills, mats, bench, bands and manuals(weights). The breakfast was good and varied from day to day. I would definitely stay here again!»

«This hotel is undergoing heavy construction. The email they sent after I booked said "light construction" but our hotel didnt have water or cable when we checked in. The receptionist offered a refune since amenities werent available. She said I had to contact expedia first. So my party canceled and got a new hotel. The hotel is now not responding to Expedia. I recommend going somewhere else. »
