«Beautiful old house that has been well decorated. Unfortunately, there was a stain on the sheet, Wi-Fi was very spotty, bath towel was frayed, lamps and furniture dusty, lights were too dark to see and there were some missing bulbs. Hard to enter entry codes as they were not illuminated. A lot of work has been done to the house which was impressive, but the lack of maintenance was a concern.»

«Breakfast limited. Safe in room really not usable as it’s 15 inches off the floor and you have to sit on the floor to use it. I’m used to having a closet for clothes»

«We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend.»

«The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting.»

«Boutique hotel with an upscale feel. We loved our Tim eat the Truitt. Found the room relaxing and beautiful. Enjoy the Nespresso machine. Area round hotel is lovely - walked the neighborhood and to the art museum multiple times. Felt 100% safe!»

«Area around the hotel is not great. Hotel itself not very clean. Laundry or vending machine did not work. Only one way in/out of the hotel. Definitely not worth the money!»

«This is going to be a lovely hotel but it is currently being renovated and was not really ready. There was a punch list taped to the dresser in the room. There was no ability to control the temp in the room. There was no hair dryer. The coffee ran out in the morning in the lobby and wasn’t replaced. There was no in-room coffee maker. The room was very clean, and I would stay there if I knew renovations were completed. There is also a great need for lighting on the stairs from the back parking ...
