Never one to leave reviews but felt this was necessary to help others looking to book:
Felt like this was false advertising going to this hotel… Wasn’t aware of renovations when booking. The coffee shop was closed so they only offered a pot of normal and decaf coffee with no milk or creamer.
Only one elevator was available to use while workers were going up and down with large items and took forever to get an elevator. When it would arrive there were times you'd have to wait until the next one due to it being too full of guests or workers.
Was told about renovations on the floor above use from 7am-7pm on arrival without the option of switching rooms.
Paid $110 for the room and on arrival told them we had a dog, was rudely told the pet deposit is an additional $150 (?!) which is 1.5x the price of the room for our dog? Reception asked if we were aware of this, which we told them we were not, then immediately told us it was non- negotiable and non-refundable so we basically had no choice but to pay it. Ridiculous considering the whole hotel is under construction.
Has potential to be a lovely hotel but was overpriced and terrible experience for that we got and we felt scammed!
