«Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food ...

«We had an wonderful time at the beautiful, Lost Pines Resort during our school break which was the last week in April 2026! «The room was clean and very nice. Hotel staff that handled check in was friendly and quick. The only negative experience was at check out. The staff that helped with check out seemed annoyed when I approached the counter, but they did handle my check out quickly, just not very friendly. I would still book a room here again. »
