«The front desk and manager were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the area is not safe, our room was not cleaned or beds made, others rooms were not clean or made as well. I felt bad for the manager and front desk person. They did give us a refund and we ended up staying in a more expensive nice hotel downtown. We were just passing the so thought a clean inexpensive hotel would be perfect, unfortunately this wasn’t it.»

«Shuttle service to and from airport was prompt, easy to locate, courteous drivers. All staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was so comfortable! Room was very nice. Quiet at night. The room was nicely cleaned except for the bathroom floor and carpet. Looks like it just didn't get done that day. Also the room looked due for a spring cleaning, like minor grime in the nooks and crannies. And I only notice because I'm hypersensitive to that kind of thing. Overall the room was done up nicely. «This was a clean, quiet and comfortable place for a short stay on a road trip. It is not in a walkable neighborhood but the microwave and fridge in the room were helpful. Breakfast was decent.»
