«一）對我們的查詢反應冷淡，甚至沒有回覆。二）取門匙程序指示不清晰及複雜。三）網頁內表示有車位提供，卻與事實不符，要自己找車位，而每晚找車位都非常困難，更不知何故被票控，現正處理中。四）屋苑門外衛生情況惡劣，滿地垃圾。五）店內熱水煲非常骯髒，不能使用。六）餐凳與餐枱高度不相稱， 餐凳高度高得離譜，進食時不舒適，很辛苦»

«The property is amazing, perfectly clean and perfect in every way. It is just as advertised luxurious, every roomy with amazing big rooms finishes to a very high standard. Every room is perfect and very luxurious and big. It is in a perfect location as we'll to city center a very close walk 5 minutes. Everything you need is right there. The best property i have stayed in ever and doubt i will find better. And a perfect host who replies to questions very quickly. Simply the best.»

«The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.»

«Modern comfort in a very central area of the city. Kitchen fully stocked with all necessary appliances, great mattresses and linens comfortable pillows, many highly rated restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance and very responsive host! Everything looks and feels brand new. Only slight inconvenience (if you’re older) is that the lovely bathroom with huge tub and rain shower is on the floor below the bedrooms.
