«Avoid this property at all costs. We stayed during the highest recorded temperature days in the UK. Not only did our host forget to text us the code to get in, there was no air conditioner and not a single fan in the entire unit. «I wouldn't call this place luxurious. There was a lot of scuffs in the walls and the couches werent comfortable. I asked for a late check-out and they allowed it. Very greatful. They didn't tell the housekeeping who showed up 15 minutes before regular check-out. That followed with a phone call asking if we were still going to check-out late. Housekeeping peaked into the windows about 30 minutes before our check-out. »
