«Great location near Hyde Park village. Nice size property and very clean. Every night there was a short span of noise from drunk people along the streets. All property amenities were great except the towels - They were old, ripped and stained- time to replace. Parking space was nice and convenient to have. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would return. »

«I’ve stayed in a few other properties in Tampa & this was my favorite. Great location (walked to Hyde Park daily & walked home from bars on Howard one night) & perfect set up for 4 adults, having a full bath in each bedroom plus half bath in living area. Highly recommend!»

However, the owner communicated the reason for the misinformation and provided emailed documentation for the address of the correct location. The property was very neat, on the first floor, and the beds were comfortable. I also loved the decor (not pictured as the pictures are to a different rental). «We stayed for 2 nights while we explored the local beaches before he headed to Sarasota. The neighborhood wasn't great but we never felt uncomfortable. The apartment and decorations were cute and sufficient for our needs. The beds weren't terribly comfortable and the road noise was bad.. I actually slept on the couch the 2nd night and I'm not a light sleeper. Suggestions: The lint trap in the dryer had over an inch of lint, thankfully we checked.
