«The different pools on the property were great b/c this avoided crowds. This is definitely a property that takes in sports traveling families/large families. We went the week of spring break. The hotel staff were polite. The property is large to walk around. The pool side food and beverages were pricey and even though we ordered through the QR code system we only got our drinks and didn't get our food so I had to ask for a manager to get reimbursed. «This was the second year in a row we stayed at Adero for our December long weekend. Since the previous year the property has seen some lovely upgrades and improvements. The classes that were offered were excellent for both Pilates and yoga. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I don’t like is paying for parking. The location is a get away from the center of the city so having parking shouldn’t be an extra cost. Otherwise would recommend. »

«For the most part the resort is okay but be prepared to spend a lot of money on food unless you go off the resort. It’s not all that convenient. I wanted to have a relaxing weekend. The pool area is nice but you have to get there early to get a lounge chair. There just aren’t enough for the number of guests they host on the grounds. The food portion sizes are good but my room didn’t have a microwave and the hotel didn’t have any to rent. It was a little frustrating seeing that you spend quite a ...

«I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic.»

«The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. »

«The property is undergoing renovations which will be very nice. Our room was a renovated room but was not cleaned or restocked (empty showers products and no linens for the pull out bed) the way we have experienced during previous stays. The previous guests left clothes in the drawers that were not cleaned out. While we still had a great time at the water park many of the lounge chairs were removed and or broken. The water stations were also not refilled.»
