Only down fall was uncomfortable beds and sharing a single bathroom for four adults. We enjoyed the oob area and the beach. It was super hot for being mid June in Maine. But the AC worked great! Thank you for a great stay!»

«My two sisters and I loved everything about the place especially the kitchen and the temperature control via AC or heat. The only concern about the place is that it took 1-3 tries each time we had to unlock the front door by code. There was supposed to be music to help but couldn't really hear anything. May need some attention but have to admit we never alerted anyone at the time thinking it was related to our ineptitude! I tried to do this review on the Vacasa site but the page never came up ...

«Kitchen fully stocked. Comfortable beds. Comfy little getaway. David is great at responding right away with any issues. Only negative review is it has portable air instead of central air, but honestly the ceiling fans are great.»

«Overall, we were very pleased with this rental. Check-in was smooth. Place was spotless upon arrival. Quiet neighborhood - very friendly neighbors. Fenced-in backyard was great for our dog. As requested, we contacted the owner upon checkout, and she responded promptly. Two minor things, and I do mean minor. The lawn didn’t appear to have been mowed in some time. Made cleaning up after the dog a little challenging (but we did it!). We used the smaller of the beds as that bedroom had air ...

«What a great little spot! Had a girls weekend with 8 of us, and the house was cozy, close to the ferry (8 min walk), had all the necessary cooking amenities to cook in! 5 min walk to the beach. Just perfect, we already booked again for next year!!»
