«This charming and extremely spacious property was perfect for us...the views cant be beat and the location was perfect. In a quiet neighborhood, but easy drive to everything. The house was very clean and the kitchen very well stocked. We went to the grocery 10 minutes away and had both wonderful dinners and breakfasts. I would absolutely come here again, and we were sad to leave this lovely home. The owner was very quick to respond to every question, and so welcoming. »

Fortunately the other room wasn't rented out but I find disingenuous to describe the space as private. «We were surprised as to the price for this lovely accommodations. It was exactly as described. Very clean. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 is because the carpets and walls had a few stains that perhaps were caused by previous guests. I however would use this accommodation again. Host was exceptionally warm and accommodating. Very clean. Being a basement suite, we were ready to forgive upper floor footsteps which was very minimal.»
