«The hotel overall is good. However, for such an expensive hotel, it's lacking AC. So, on a hot night it's hard to sleep. Be aware that cleaning team don't even knock the door in the morning! Make sure your door is secure with the swing bar!»

«Terrible! This property is sadly neglected and has unacceptable aesthetic, and maintenance deficiencies. Our dingy room featured a worn-out mattress, shabby furnishings, peeling wallpaper, scruffy well-worn paint. The bedding was discoloured and heavily wrinkled. Our only down side was one of the ways into one side of bed was pushed against wall for four would not be great Now with that being said All the other times we have been there has been the space between the beds and walls Next time we stay will ensure that we have a room that has the space required to get in to the bed easily»

«Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!»
