Many places to visit as well and lots of restaurants within walking distance. City centre was very close and host was really helpful. «I honestly do not have a bad word to say. The house is just stunning, with everything you could possibly need and more. There were 6 of us staying and it was more than big enough for us all. Easy stroll into the city center took 5 to 10 minutes (all flat). Literally just around the corner from the Castle. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cardiff and Rob the owner iis a absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing us too much trouble. This property deserves a 10 ⭐️ rating. »

«We booked this property as we were attending a wedding nearby. The property was well presented and very clean. It was well furnished and had everything we needed for the weekend. We heard from the owners regularly from booking and they let us know of works going on next door Which did not affect our stay at all really. Overall we were happy with our booking and would stay again if we were in Penarth.»

«We stayed here on a multi-stop tour of England. It was calm in the midst of busy Cardiff and much appreciated. The house was exactly what we needed for four adults and a toddler. We really appreciated the washer/dryer because that allowed us to carry on luggage for our trip. Host was lovely too. Would definitely consider Home Away and this property again.»

«Used the house for a group trip away and could not have been more impressed with the house. The location was excellent so we could park the car up and not worry about needing it again. The house was warm and comfortable and very well stocked with plenty of kitchen appliances to cater for a large group, they had thought of everything! «The general location is fairly good. But thats where it ends. Property is very run down. Buikding has other flats in it that are obviously rented out and very noisy on arriving. The entrance was durty and run down. The room is literally just a room with a bed and a toiket and shower squashed in the corner. It was very dirty, im talking big buikd up of dust Nd cobwebs invall corners of the room. Bed divan base very stained. Shower was inba bad state with mold. Toilet nearly fell over when my ...

«Excellent communication throughout. Fantastic location,easy walk to city centre or no6 bus almost outside the door or a boat trip round the bay and up the Taff to the Principality Stadium. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, with so much choice of eateries on the doorstep at Mermaids Quay no cooking was necessary but there was a full sized oven, microwave and toaster in the kitchen. »

«This place is okay. When we first entered, we were impressed but the longer we stayed, the more we realised little things that weren't entirely up to scratch. The entrance to the building look a little battered, for starters. It was hot in the flat, one of the two windows couldn't open (the handle was loose), the carpet was worn, and we blew a fuse practically every time we cooked. Also one of the sockets didn't work. For the price, though, this was a good offer, and we would stay there again. »
