«The view is the best! Beach is beautiful. Rooms are clean however the rooms need some maintenance done. Holes in doors and curtain rods almost falling down . Air conditioning units need to be replaced. Fans on high all the time and turn on and off every 10 min. Had to turn off at night . The staff are very helpful and courteous. We will return again»

«I cannot say enough great things about the Harborside Motel. It still has that “old Montauk” feel which is exactly what we wanted. No need for anything over the top when you truly go to Montauk for what it’s intended for. The Harborside Motel is very clean and the staff were on point about coming daily to clean the room and replenish our towels. «Spent Labor Day here with my family and absolutely loved it! We loved being right on the beach and the location was perfect. The fire pits at night were such a nice touch and made for a great way to unwind after a day at the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, it was the perfect casual beach hotel for a family getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!»
