«While the property had multiple signs that it was in the middle of a remodel the place was terribly unclean. The hallways smelled of smoke, the vent in the bathroom was caked in mold and dirt, the bathroom floors were dirty when we checked in, and the toilet was barely mounted to the floor and moving. The room cleaning staff and cafeteria attendant were amazingly helpful but the evening front desk attendant was passively rude and seemed that when we asked questions we were an inconvenience ...
