Step into The Downing Suite, an upscale modern rustic private townhouse in the heart of historic downtown Moorefield. Set in a historic building, this beautifully appointed retreat blends historic character with contemporary luxury.

Whether you’re visiting for an outdoor adventure, a family getaway, a weekend of antiquing, or working remotely, the suite offers an open, thoughtful layout designed to host guests in total comfort.

Perfectly suited for families, vacationers, remote workers, and traveling business or corporate professionals. Due to our delicate historic woodwork and custom finishes, we cannot accommodate heavy construction, industrial, or trade crews. We do, however, welcome utility specialists and corporate contractors by inquiry to ensure our gear and property-care policies are a good fit.

Occupancy Guidelines:
• Standard & Vacation Stays: Up to 8 guests maximum.
• Extended Stays (14+ days): Typically limited to 3 guests to ensure optimal comfort, parking, and quiet residential living. Groups exceeding 3 guests for longer stays will be considered upon special request.
