«The unit was nice until we discovered it had roaches . After contacting VRBO and the owner nothing was done to rectify the issue. We provided pictures. We couldn’t use the kitchen at all and kept food in freezer bags to keep the bugs out. We weren’t able to unpack our things and had to walk around checking for bugs. We’ve stayed at shipwatch many times over the years and never had this issue. Very disappointed with how they handled it. »

«My second time renting this house. The accommodations are lovely and suited our family. We got to spend an evening around the outdoor fire pit and the weather was perfect for us to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal at the large table on the enclosed deck. I highly recommend the River Front House for a secluded get-away. »

«Everything was lovely! I do wish I had read the listing better, not having a bedroom on the main floor wasn’t ideal but the bed was comfortable. The outdoor kitchen and deck were awesome! Loved being perched over the river while in the hot tub!»

«It is a super peaceful location right on the river, lots of aquatic wildlife to keep us entertained! The very large secure fenced area for pets was a bonus. The house is very new with all the comforts of home, big shower and a great washer/dryer. Although this is a camper style accommodation it is quite luxurious. There are also many outdoor seating options and plenty of parking (we had two trucks and trailers). No nearby neighbors at all! The management were excellent to deal with and very ...
