This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom hotel suite is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 1000 sq. ft. The residence has no pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
Main features include:
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, toilet paper etc.) - please note this is a room, not an apartment!
- Television / Cable TV
- Wi-Fi internet
- Air conditioning, Fans
- Communal jacuzzi
- 24/7 security
- Check-in with English-speaking staff
- Other units are available in this residence, for larger groups (or if you have any particular preference in terms of floor number, beds size etc.)

- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence.
