«We had a wonderful stay here in Aug 25. The place is amazing, the view great, the room clean and fresh! We had dinner here 6 out of 8 nights, very good food and excellent service. I have coeliac disease, and there were several options to choose from for breakfast. A warm croissant was ready for me every morning. Everyone is so welcoming and serviceminded. A spesial thanks to Pico who went above and beyond to secure we had a great stay. We will be back. »

«Utrolig koselig hotell med en nydelig utsikt og vennlig personale. Eneste minuset var vepsene som bombaderte oss under frokostene, endte opp med å ta frokostene innendørs -men, slikt kan ingen styre ;) Perfekt base for kjøretur til Amalfi og Positano (tar dog ikke 5 minutter å kjøre til Amalfi som det står på hotels.com, det tar 20 minutter), gåtur ned til Minori eller en liten gåtur opp til utrolig koselige Ravello.»

«WOW. Firstly, yes there are 183 steps to the property but the first 107 are straight up and then everything after that is a couple steps with landings and short walks inbetween. There’s also a hill to the stairs BUT they have free luggage service that they provide to help you get your suitcases up to the villa. That being said, the 183 steps are worth the absolutely breathtaking view (pun intended), the staff there are so sweet and helpful, and the rooms were so cute and clean and wonderfully ...

«My wife and I spent a night here May of 2026. Our hostess was an absolute doll. She was very accommodating and she cooked a delicious traditional Italian breakfast. The room was great, spotless clean, new and modern. The location was ideal especially for its proximity to Path of the Gods. The town of Agerola is charming and very walkable, we ate a fabulous dinner at La Selva Ristorante which is mere steps from Rossy Palace. Highly recommended. »

«The staff and property were exceptional. A magnificent architectural jewel of the Liberty’ period owned by a retired NATO commander who is a delight along with his son Alex and his mother. The young receptionists are enthusiastic about the town and the myriad of attractions. The only thing that could have made it better was the taxi service. Neither going from the airport by small bus or in the taxi on the way to Sorrento was any a/c but both drivers were courteous and most pleasant. The Villa ...

«We enjoyed our stay at il canneto! Everything was clean and beautiful , the staff are very nice and friendly! a bit far from spiaggia grande and the town as a walking distance but very convenient if your way of transfer is the bus, the local bus stops right in front of the hotel as the hotel location is directly on the main street and if you are planning to rent a scooter like we did , il canneto is a perfect choice since it has a private parking! Overall it was a pleasant stay!»

"Beautiful Área and Hotel - We loved our stay so much and will come back"

"I have travelled extensively and stayed at many hotels, but I can honestly say that I have never experienced hospitality and genuine care quite like this. From the very first day, before my accident, the service at Majestic Palace was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, the food is excellent, the facilities are great, and the rooftop bar is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, I fractured my ankle during my stay. Being injured far from home was frightening, and after a very difficult experience at the hospital, returning to the hotel was an enormous relief. The entire team went above and beyond to help me. They carried me up the entrance stairs, helped me get around and constantly made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Even the husband of one of the staff members came to fix my room door so it wouldn't automatically close, simply to make things easier for me. I will never forget that. I later noticed the hotel's motto: “LET US TAKE CARE OF YOU.” And I can honestly say that this is not just a slogan – they truly live by it. The kindness felt completely genuine and human, not simply like good customer service. My early flight meant I couldn't say a proper goodbye, which I was very sad about. I would have loved to give them all a big hug. I very much hope to return to beautiful Sorrento.Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Loredana and the entire team. You are what makes this hotel truly exceptional. Five stars without hesitation!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service throughout our visit and made us feel very welcome. The location is fantastic, with everything conveniently nearby. The breakfast was superb, offering a great variety of delicious options. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
