«The property is beautiful, secluded and quiet. Only major downside is the access from the main road. The 150m side street into the property is in horrible shape with crazy, huge potholes. It was very difficult to drive in with our rental without grounding out some part of the car. If you have an suv or truck it is not likely an issue.»

«The cottage was our base for a few days of touring wine country. The cottage is a lovely hide-away in a quiet neighborhood. Due to the weather, we didn't take advantage of the outside amenities. The kitchen is well equipped. There were a few minor maintenance issues that have been reported to the property manager. Note: The upper parking spot is quite steep and your car may bottom out when entering or leaving.»

«The only thing the property was missing was a stove. We don't want to eat out. We went grocery shopping before we checked on only to find out the stove is a decoration. The bath tub/shower is horrible. I'm 6'3" and couldn't get under the shower head. Other than those 2 things, the place we wonderful and we would stay there again.»

«We often head to Healdsburg to visit family, and like staying by the river. This house is by far our favorite place to stay!! Beautiful setting overlooking the river, large deck for family meals, clean and well maintained hot tub, nice BBQ, and two paths down to the water. Inside, the furniture is very comfortable and a good place to relax and spend time catching up with family. Great well stocked kitchen with new appliances and a good sized dining room table. There really is nothing to complain ...

«Super cute, cozy little place close to everything you need in Sonoma. It's clean and comfortable. The decor is quirky and hippie-ish, in a good way! And there are goodies! There was a bottle of wine, 2 bottled waters, popcorn, candy, and tea and coffee. Monica is friendly, fun, and a most gracious host. We lived it and plan to return.»

«Some friends and I had a girls trip planned and enjoyed every relaxing minute spent here. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We payed the extra to heat the pool and were not disappointed. This is a great spot to spend some time and close to some great wineries!»
