«We were there to attend a wedding at the Hartley Botanica. Chose this place because it was so close to the venue. This was a great stay. It was much nicer than the photos. Our family enjoyed the extra space compared to staying at a hotel. Space was clean, well furnished. Amanda was amazing, made efforts to accommodate us. We even got a tour of their goats and dogs. This space made our overall weekend even more memorable.»

«This is a shared unit with others living on the property, this includes other vehicles. The beds are NOT queen size which inconvenienced us tremendously. The mugs provided burned me after using the microwave safe mug. While I know extras are complementary, they are extremely helpful like something as simple as napkins and maybe a couple waters. Getting to the property includes an unfinished dirt road with massive pot holes, thankfully we have a vehicle equipped for that but if you’re driving a ...

«Great place! I would stay here again. Bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable.»

«This house is truly a retreat: the location is probably the best vacation rental location in Thousand Oaks: quiet and very private, with beautiful natural light and views of the mountains. Once you’re there, it doesn’t feel like it’s in a residential neighborhood at all, but in the countryside on the edge of preserved open space. The house is comfortable, interestingly furnished, and the kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything one would need. Everything is so CLEAN!The secluded patio off ...

«Clean house, great yard for our dog, cool vibe. Would definitely stay again »

«Stayed here after long drive before visit to Reagan Presidential Library. Perfect place to relax, enjoyed outdoor backyard space (table tennis, corn hole games, hot tub, ample comfy seating) Kitchen has basic equipment. Beds were very comfortable. Driveway parking most welcome after long day on the road.»

«Loved the property, great outdoor hangout spot enjoyed morning and evening. Plenty of room for two couples and one kiddo. Could have easily fit two more kids. Loved the bottle of wine with the welcome. Thanks for our stay!»

«We had a great stay here for two nights. Beautiful new place with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Lots of thoughtful touches and we had everything we needed and then some. Comfortable beds and AC unit in each bedroom and the main room. Easy parking on the street right in front of entry gate. Host was easy to contact and checked in by email to see if we needed help with anything. Highly recommend!»

«Host was a call or text away. Excellent communications prior to check in to bring us up to speed on the functions of the boat and onshore amenities (like shower & restrooms). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All our needs were met and beyond!»

«Great place and host!! Centralized location and in a safe neighborhood.»

«Everything about this place was heaven for me and my teenage kids - the host is delightful as are her dog and donkeys. The place is quaint, comfortable and peaceful and I wish we had stayed longer as there was so much more we would have liked to explore.»

«Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay.»

«Such a great location and cute little home. Everything looks just like the pictures shown and we enjoyed the area. Classic California beach but not crowded at all-we were there on a weekend too. Would come back again!»

«Great stay and great host!!!»

«Absolutely stunning property! From the moment we walked in you felt at home. The views especially the sunsets you can't beat. Property was extremely clean and well stocked. Plenty of beach amenities for the kids to play with. Firepit right on the beach, All the rooms were perfectly separated so nobody felt like there where on top of each other. The owner Glenn was absolutely incredible. Anything we needed he was just a phone call or text message away. There was also the cutest Tavern right ...
