«Big parking lot with easy access to hotel and back out.. Incredible service and staff. Lounge, amenities and everything that a Hampton Inn provides always brings it to the top! «We had a peaceful, wonderful stay at the Estate House at Knickerbocker Mansion. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and Patrick was responsive, friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble connecting the TV and needed help with luggage. There’s probably a reason this place doesn’t have pictures of the outside of the property. It’s very dumpy. Also everything was filthy on the inside. «The place is older so don’t expect everything to be brand new but, it’s clean and cozy. Lots of heaters, fireplace, hot tub in room and in the middle for pricing. Staff is very helpful and was available to help us with the tv and fireplace. Definitely recommend but don’t hit for persons with super high expectations.
