«The property was clean and the communication from the owners was good. However it does need some time spending on getting things sorted. All the beds need new mattresses we had to put all the duvets down to sleep on top of and even brought an air bed due to being so uncomfortable. Some other minor points, the kettle lid was broken and could only be opened by picking from the side (not safe when hot). The curtain rail in the main bedroom was hanging out of the room. «Absolutely gorgeous little cottage in the North Yorkshire moors. Amazing location, lovely and quiet and perfect for a little family get away. Host had put up a Christmas tree for our stay which was totally unexpected. House has everything that you need and host is nearby if anything is needed. Great spot for discovering Whitby, Scarborough and Robin Hood bay. »
