«We spent Easter at Phillip Island and entertained our family members over different days. The living area of the house was fantastic for a big group with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and a lovely big table for everyone to sit around during meals. The deck off the living room was particularly lovely in the sun. Three bathrooms also made it comfortable for everyone. «Property not as clean as their instructions indicate the expectations upon leaving the property. Downstairs sleeping area is’t suitable for guests at all. The single beds had quite a sink in the middle. We didn’t find a dishwasher and we had to clean the BBQ before we used it. Not suitable for extreme heat as there was no air conditioning Best part of the property was the balcony.»

«The place was perfect for what we needed. Just a place to sleep. It’s quite small but we didn’t do meals (just breakkie) so might have been a bit of a tight squeeze otherwise. Kids beds weren’t very comfortable but otherwise we thought it was great. Clean. Amazing location to access the beach.»
