町の中心地なのですが、思ったより細い道だったので迷ってしまい、地元の人に聞きながらたどり着きました。 地元の人にベストウェスタンと聞いてもわからないようなので、マザーテレサ記念館の目の前と聞いた方が早いと思います。 レセプションの方は早い時間にも関わらず、すぐに部屋を用意してくれました。てきぱきとしたビジネスライクな対応ですが、必要なことはきちんと伝えてくれます。 部屋はマザーテレサ記念館が窓から見えて良かったです。 チェーンホテルなので安心してくつろげるつくりでした。 少し古いかも知れませんが、エアポートバス乗場や中心地に近いので、ここに泊まって良かったなと思いました。 暖房が効かなかった時も、スタッフの女性がすぐに対応してくれたりして、 基本的に困ることはなかったです。 冷蔵庫、ポット、お茶、コーヒー、ドライヤー、そろっています。

Very lovely room. Had a nice balcony. Easy to walk around the area. The only thing it wasn't too easy to find the hotel. We didn't know that the hotel was off the street where you had to walk to get to it.

Great Holiday Inn Hotel in Skopje, North Macedonia
I did not stay in Best Western Hotel Turist in Skopje, North Macedonia, for some reason they don't have room for me in this hotel. The hotel manager sent me to Holiday Inn Hotel nearby and I have a great stay in here. Everything about Holiday Inn Hotel in Skopje is great.

No power sockets near bed, no slippers, no teas or coffees in a room. But you’ll find there smell of cigarettes. The worst BW I’ve ever visited. By the way, they don’t have parking, there’s an agreement with other hotel. So, you can park but have to walk with your luggage for about kilometre.

Dear Mr. Maxim, First of all thank you for choosing BW Turist Hotel and for finding time to give us your feedback. Due to the pandemic all items are removed from the room like slippers, shower caps and dental kits. This is done for safety reasons and all this items are available upon request. You were upgraded to the best non smoking twin room We got at our property. Regarding the parking, before your arrival I personally send you the location of the private parking with GPS coordinates that all our guest use for safety reasons only 5-6 minutes walking between the parking and the Hotel. I believe you noticed Best Western Turist Hotel is located in the very centre of the city in pedestrian zone where car approach is impossible. Highly recommended
Good location, the hotel is located in the very center, on the right bank of the Wardar River, you can cross the bridge to the old town of Czarszija on foot in about 15 minutes. The room is absolutely OK, you can sleep well. A large selection of English-language TV channels (which is not a rule in other places ;-)). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Nie działała klimatyzacja. Awaria. Przeniesienie przez hotel do innego obiektu daleko poza centrum. W zmienionym hotelu brak śniadania mimo wykupienia w Best Western. Obsługa mało przyjazna. Po reklamacji hotel wszystkiego się wypiera.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for finding time to share your feedback. It is true our technical problem was removed the same day but you insisted to change hotels. Upon arrival in the other hotel you refused the taxi to be paid by the receptionist there. Further more you declined breakfast when offered saying you are a gold member of a completely different hotel franchise and that you will eat there. What more can We do. I apologize if in any moment you felt mistreated. This is not our true face because We care about our guests dearly and our service is one of the best in Skopje.
