«The location in the South Historic District was absolutely perfect for reaching everything on foot - City market, North Historic District, River Street and parks. «This property is tired, poorly outfitted and lacking basic amenities and maintenance . The entry gate is off its hinges making entry very difficult. Sharp splinters, screw and nail tips will stab you every time. The outdoor patio has not been cleaned in a long while.
