«Silver Surf is "just another motel" along the Oregon coast in the middle of nowhere. Appeared desolated even if there other guets there. A complimentary continental "breakfast" is served on a shelf in the open outside the lobby. The breakfast was a jug of juice, coffee and a few scones. There are two separate WiFi connections and none of them was stable enough to be of any use. «I had reserved 5 rooms and I was traveling with 5 disabled people and we were all on the 3 floor; which was great until we realized that the elevator was broken and we couldn’t get down to the first floor. Therefore, I spent the whole trip going down to the second floor then taking the stairs from the second floor to the first floor running over to the elevator so I could bring my family down which was super inconvenient. «Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast had a good variety and was good. The room was bigger than expected and the bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was really, really good. Area was safe and like the walk ability to restaurants and groceries. Enjoyed the indoor pool, but would have like a hot tub as well.»

«Very large and clean room! However, we had an issue down the road at a different hotel that ended with us leaving and the staff here told us they would have lied about having a homeless or drug problem because its not an upsale. Needless to say, we checked in and walked to the parking lot to be met by some other guests looking for a score and cash. Didn't feel safe traveling with a child.»

«Breakfast was good. Canned sausage gravy and biscuits, sausages and scrambled eggs ,blueberry muffins, make your own waffle, bagels English muffins a couple types of cereal, milk, coffee juice.. pretty standard breakfast but good. »

«Ocean was barely visible from our room. We were put in the pet section and had to listen to dogs bark throught out the night. Had those little ants all over the kitchen. Probably won't go back.»

«What a beautiful property I would definitely stay here again. Jake at check-in was incredibly informative with excellent customer service skills. The granola and fruit were delicious. I loved the common areas, which were warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was cozy. The ice machine kept running out of ice, but that’s just a little thing that they need to fix. I look forward to visiting this beautiful property again with my family! »

«The staff here was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast far superior from average. Jose made to order excellent omelets. The view we had was worth the stay. My only disappointment, the gym was not as advertised. The only thing that was functional was a lonely treadmill. There were no weights, as the machine was roped off and broken. »

«Beautiful hotel, lovely outside gardens to stroll through, with fountains & Koi fish swimming in the pond. The location is about 7 miles east of I-5, out of the way from traffic noise. We would stay there again with our dog.»
