White Penthouse
The White Penthouse is located in the centre of Sitges, just a few steps from the seafront and its beaches. In less than 1 minute you can be enjoying a walk on the beach or a swim in the sea.
This is an apartment that was recently renovated so that our guests can enjoy a perfect holiday.
It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen integrated into the living room and a bright terrace equipped to enjoy at all hours.
Enjoying a bright apartment with large windows that let in the fresh evening air from your private terrace seems like a dream.
The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers for sunbathing, having breakfast while watching people stroll along Calle del Pecado, or enjoying a candlelit dinner. It also has an electric awning.
The terrace floor is made of artificial grass, which gives a pleasant and warm feeling to the environment.
The kitchen is open plan, American style and is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, electric kettle and washing machine. It has a bar with stools which is perfect for enjoying any quick meal.
The bright living room has a sofa, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.
The double room has a double bed of 1.50 x 2 metres, large wardrobes and a window with a shutter to ensure a good night's sleep when the sun rises, and access to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower.
The building has 3 floors and the apartment is on the third floor without an elevator.
Primero de Mayo Street is a lively pedestrian street. There are bars, restaurants and shops that make it the liveliest street in town. Please note that the bars close after dawn and there may be music until late.
If you like to go out for dinner and then have a drink (or two) you will appreciate the location, in 2 minutes you can get to any place.
The windows in both the living room and bedroom are soundproofed to keep out annoying noises if you want to go to sleep early.
The apartment has an anti-theft security alarm, so there are security cameras inside the apartment. These cameras can be covered by a small window that will provide privacy while we are inside the apartment.
Although the apartment is soundproofed, please note that bars and restaurants are open until late at night.
Sitges train station is a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets are within walking distance, beaches are 50 metres from the apartment, so a car is not necessary.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Pets allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50
Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
