HOW TO BOOK:

ACCOMMODATION:
The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a wonderful garden with natural grass (450 m2), a heated XXL pool of 10 meters by 6 meters with a bench inside the pool (heated pool option + € 250 / week) and beautiful views of the valley .
The house is located in the urbanization Mas Mestre, a coastal and residential area with a magnificent view of the Olivella hills, with capacity for 8/10 people.

A magnificent road will take you from Sitges to Villa El Olivo through the vineyards and fields.

The villa has 250 M2 and 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + outdoor shower + 1 bathroom, distributed over 3 floors.

OUTSIDE OF THE VILLA:
Villa Sitges El Olivo is oriented South-Oste and the sun illuminates the villa, its garden and the pool throughout the day. In the middle of summer like the rest of the year (especially in Winter), its very sunny orientation, makes the exterior areas of this villa very much enjoyed.

The Porch area, near the kitchen, with BBQ, Chill-out, pool and sun loungers, all together is a very comfortable living area. From breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors, always in the sun.

Natural temperature of the Pool: May: 23rd, June: 24th, July-August-Sept: 29th to 30th, October: 23rd. November: 21st. December: 19th. January: 16th. February: 15th. March: 19th, April: 22nd.

With the heated pool option, in Spring and in Autumn we can offer a pool at 30º and 25º in Winter / Christmas.

The second chill-out on the first floor has candles to protect from the sun, and has a magnificent view over the entire valley.

STAYS OUT OF HIGH SEASON / LONG STAYS:

Enjoy also short stays out of season:
Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. With its South-West orientation and being very sunny all day, Villa El Olivo is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. Its rate is very tight in these periods.
The heated pool option offers, according to the months, a pool between 25 and 30º. Ask for the option 10 days before to allow time to heat the pool before your arrival.

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO RATES AND PAYMENTS:

1.- You can pay by Home Away by Visa Card with a 3% supplement of Commission Cards.

2.- You can pay by Bank Transfer.

Home Away Helpdesk can be contracted with both forms of payments.

3.- Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets / towels for the pool and bath. If 2 weeks are reserved, there are 2 cleanings, etc.

4.- This cleaning costs € 200 / week.

5.- Tourist Rate: € 0.90 / Adult / Day the first 7 days.

6.- In Low Season Winter: Supplement heating house 150 € / Week.
