Beautiful and welcoming apartment in Aiguadolç with stunning views of the sea and the town of Sitges. It is very close to all amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets, and just a few minutes from the center of Sitges.

Balmins beach is a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower tray, and a living-dining room with an open kitchen where there is a sofa bed.

From the living room you can go out onto the cozy terrace where you can enjoy relaxing moments while contemplating the sunset and the magical landscape of Sitges as if it were a painting.

This property is ideal for couples or couples with one child. It has air conditioning and a heat pump. There is a communal swimming pool.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
