Inside, you will find a carefully decorated living room with a large sofa, dining table, and Smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and more.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom overlooks a quiet inner courtyard and features a queen-size bed and storage space. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a wardrobe.

The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine.

In less than 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the beaches in the center of Sitges.

The apartment is cleaned and disinfected by a professional team before each stay.

House Rules
Noise: Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Fine between 50 € and 250 €.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Towels: Bath towels must not be used at the beach. A fee of 12 € per unit will apply if this rule is not respected.

Check-in and Fees
Standard check-in: Between 16:00 and 20:00.

Late arrivals:

After 20:00: 30 € supplement.

After midnight: 50 € supplement.

After 1:00 AM: 10 € per additional hour.

Check-in on Sundays and public holidays: 30 € supplement.

Sitges tourist tax not included: 1.75 € per night, per person over 16 years old, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
