Adorable- Entire Guest House: Pool, Hot Tub, Beautiful Fountain & Huge Patio!
Simi Valley
9.0 av 10, Fantastisk, (2 anmeldelser)
«Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay.»

«This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.»

Cozy Cottage, Brand NEW, Private Yard, Walk to All

«The “private” backyard has a security camera that was undisclosed on listing/description. It’s unsettling to discover this when you have been outside in the morning stretching and you are traveling with your daughter.I would say this property sleeps 2, not 4 as the sofa is a firm modular sofa, not a sleeper sofa/bed. If you have young kids maybe they could sleep on the couch. When you open blinds you can see right in the main house window. This listing is an add on that is separated by a ...

«The house definitely has a great view and convenience location. The host was very welcoming and communicative so that's a plus. I did feel that the house could have been cleaner and a bit more updated for the price. Also, the back deck did not feel safe so I didn't let my kids go outside too much. »

«This is a simple but comfortable little place in an absolutely beautiful location. Malibu's beaches are about 10 minutes away and there are lots of hiking options in the canyon as well. The town of Topanga has some great restaurants and coffee too. There is no A/C, but fans are provided and it gets cool at night. I felt like I was at a secret hideaway and loved it!»

Ramada by Wyndham Burbank Airport

Ramada by Wyndham Burbank Airport

10/10 Utmerket
"Rent og oppgradert rom med gode senger og flott bad. Litt bråk utendørs fra motorvei bak, men innendørs var dette ikke et stort problem. Alt du trenger av butikker like ved og kort vei til Universal Studios med mer. Parkering inkludert og uproblematisk. Overvåket område som føltes trygt."
