«everything exactly as advertised. very nice house in easy area of malibu. simple in/out , parking etc. gorgeous views from primary bedroom and living area. everything in good working order. my only feedback ( not worth a star removal, just insight) is that in the photos of the master bedroom, the sectional sofa was facing out towards the ocean. «This is the second time I've stayed here. The room is so cozy and the bed is comfortable. I stayed here visiting my son who attends UCLA and found the location perfect. The yard is beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the chairs in the front yard. I will definitely stay here again.»

«Visiting family under wonderful and stressful circumstances, we loved getting back to this sweet, darling bungalow to relax and recharge. The location was quiet and felt safe and secure. Grocery a half block away. Michelle made everything easy and was calm and flexible. We goofed and showed up too early. She was gracious. We communicated easily over our stay and her written instructions were clear. Thanks for a perfect place for our needs. We hope to come back soon and often!!»

«View is gorgeous It’s definitely a hike up there and rough roads but they tell you that ahead of time so we were prepared. I do wish it was a little more updated in the rooms. It felt very bare and minimal and needs a couple touches. The upstairs neighbors were very loud and sounded like they were throwing stuff around all night. But we had a comfortable and pleasant stay otherwise. The view is wonderful»

«Great place four our family to get together and celebrate the graduation of our daughter from California Lutheran University. Kinsie (host) was gracious, friendly and did everything to make sure the residence was ready. Overall the residence was clean and ready to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi made a great entertainment for our family to enjoy. Close proximity to Cal Lutheran made it easy to get to/from the celebration with lots of food options to choose from. «The spacious house was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The unexpected extra touches were fantastic - things like Ugg bathrobes; laundry detergent; shampoo, cond & body wash; toothbrush & paste; air mattress; ground coffee & coffee pods; spices/seasonings. The proximity to the theme parks was exactly what we were looking for. It's also an easy drive to Six Flags, downtown Hollywood, or Santa Monica Pier. Highly recommend!»

«I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.»
