Limited to one activity for just one person each day (other members of the group can partake but will need to pay). IMPORTANT COMPLEX UPDATES:
The complex has pest control service the first Wednesday of every month.

Concrete restoration work will begin on the South Building around November 1st, lasting approximately 100 days (weather permitting). The project, led by RL James, will repair spalling and rebar damage caused by age and coastal conditions. Please note there will be noise, vibration, and some disruption during this time—thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to preserve our community.

North Building Carport foundation work is also expected to done the 1st week of November.
South Building Fire-pump equipment installation is scheduled to begin during the 1st 2 weeks off November.
Southwest elevator equipment has been delivered to Florida Elevator. We expect to get an update on the installation date soon.

We had a great week! The condo was just as described! You can’t find a better view of the ocean! We had 8 ladies in our group and we never felt cramped. Communication with the host was awesome! We will definitely try to get this same unit when we come back! Loved it!

Siesta Breakers Stay

The unit is in a great location and has a great beach! The hot/cold water and water pressure is not good. 2 people could not even shower at the same time. There would be just a trickle of water and the hot water is way too hot and if you go to add some cold water, there is no hot water. Would definitely suggest inquiring about this. The unit was clean and has great views! We would suggest having an automatic ice maker for those that drink a lot of ice water!

Family Vacation

This was our first trip to Siesta Key. The condo was exactly as described. The communication was excellent and we were well taken care of by the staff. There was an issue with the washing machine, they communicated timely and even came to get our clothes to wash and dry for us since we had flown to the destination and packed based on having the washer/dryer available. The private beach was great as well. Chairs were available at no cost to use. We rented umbrellas each day. We had a wonderful time and plan to return to Siesta Key and stay at this location again.

Great location but other problems

This condo had an excellent location! Steps from the beach which was amazing! Views from Condo were outstanding as well! You felt you were on the beach 24-7. Now the negative- the place was a mess when we checked in- crumbs on floor, potatoe chips by bed, etc. Also the water pressure was horrible. We had three separate showers but could only take one shower at a time. Also, if the washing machine was on, you could not take a shower. There was also blue electrical tape over some outlets. We also "tripped" breakers a few times when two hairdryers were being used at same time. Overall I would probably stay here again, but some problems need to be corrected before I would.

Fantastic views and location

You can’t beat the views and location of this condo. We stayed a week for Easter break with our older teen son and three of his friends. The location was perfect with plenty in walking distance for them, Captain Curt’s is directly across the street and the trolley picks up there as well. Beach access is right on the beach with a private gate and a fantastic pool The view was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and sunset. There was plenty of room for the six of us and we could’ve had 1 more sleep on the pullout couch if needed- we didn’t use it. We plan to return next year.

Spacious but dated

The view and location of this property were the main reason we booked this property. Gorgeous views in all directions of the most amazing Siesta Key Beach! The space worked well for our 8 person group. However, many needed updates would have highly improved our stay, including: -a new pullout couch; springs fell out after one use. -luggage racks for each room; nowhere to put large bags -a working ice maker/water dispenser -a screen that slides on small slider -better water pressure and consistent/plentiful hot water for entire condo showers and sinks

Miami Vice feel

Condo is in perfect location. Loved the two story and the Miami Vice appeal. Beach was beautiful and restaurant's amazing. The only negative was very little water pressure with three showers, none with washer running. Hot water takes awhile. The knobs in master shower were broken. Two showe heads with no pressure. Definitely could not used tub, it would take too long to fill.

Loved it!

Lots of room, love the layout of the condo. Gorgeous ocean views - can’t be beat. Across the street from restaurants and shops. Ocean is gorgeous. The condo itself needs updating but the views and location make it perfect.

Condo and view was incredible

The condo was a little dated but it wasn’t like from the 60s. There were a few things wrong with the co do; the towel rack in the queen bed bathroom was broke and falling off the wall, the pool key was missing, the downstairs bathroom smelled like dog urine (someone had a dog and didn’t tell the complex), the water pressure was poor the whole time we were there but the location of the condo was superior (right in the middle of siesta key), the view from the balcony was incredible and the complex was quiet and relaxing. We will stay here (at the complex) not necessarily in the same condo, maybe but it was one of the best beach vacations I ever had. It was almost perfect! 5 stars

Maintenance

As soon as we walked in, we noticed several major maintenance issues that were not addressed before we got there microwave handle, falling off five lightbulbs, missing towel rack, hanging in first floor, bedroom, toilet paper holder off wall, sliding door handle missing on the porch we were afraid to use the microwave being that the handle would break off so my husband Went and bought some electrical tape to tape it on so we could use it. Went to go use the washing machine and it was full of water so my husband being the maintenance person he is repaired and fix the washing machine. I immediately called the office on Saturday and Monday. A gentleman came and fixed some of the issues like I told the manager on Thursday of that week these things should be addressed and fixed before people come in , the location is beautiful very outdated but I read the reviews and saw that but there’s a major issue in maintenance and repairs at this condo The manager finally did comply and she did address many of these issues.

Needs Some Updates

We loved the location (quieter end of the beach) and and the views were phenomenal! Pictures are spot on for that! The condo was nice, but VERY dated - the decor, fixtures, appliances have all been there a LONG time! We can deal with that though, as again, the view was super and accommodated our group well. But there were several items that were very surprisingly neglected given the high weekly cost. Some examples: Patio door handles (2) - one was missing (yes, missing...!!) and the other was broken. Someone had "plugged" the hole with a band-aid (can't make this up). The patio screen doors were broken and not on the tracks, and could not be reset. No bugs this time of year, so no big deal (but again, pretty surprising!). Fridge ice maker would not dispense ice (made it, but froze up and would not work - we tried). CD cassette player on the work desk - haven't seen one of those in a LONG time... :) Master Shower main showerhead needs replaced. Oven is at least 20 years old. Worked, but again, like all appliances, VERY dated, and for the price, we expected more. This sounds like a rant - it's not. We never called maintenance because we did not want anyone working while we were there. Again, GREAT VIEWS and clean, but for $8k/week, we would have expected everything to be in first class shape!

Luxury view, luxury price; it stops there

Where to begin? There are a number of maintenance issues, such as the broken handles on the sliding doors to the balcony (easy to be locked outside), non operating ceiling fan, broken towel rack and lamp in the lower bedroom. Amenities: As Vrbo owners ourselves, we take pride in supplying luxury amenities. Here we had very old beach towels, one dish towel, one set of bath towels, and dusty wine glasses in the cabinet. Very few cleaning products. We had to buy windex, napkins, paper towels, plastic cups, etc. As an aside, it was creepy to see pictures of the owners in several places. Cannot recommend this property and would not come back.

This condo and complex has nice features with great access to the beach and activities on Siesta Key. The condo does need some updating and maintenance which was noted in previous reviews and have not been addressed.
