The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the blue azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with Direct TV Service for your entertainment. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV, the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 39" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished enclosed patio has sliding windows, which allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
