Island House Beach Resort-Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach-Denne store 2 soverom, 2 bad villa er appox. 1000 sq ft. Det har en stor stue, spisestue, fullt utstyrt kjøkken, alle hvitevarer, 60 "high def TV i stua, 50" high def TV i master, DVD, gratis wi-fi i enhet, sentral luft / varme, overbygget parkering , skjermet lanai. Den har en king size-seng, 2 tvillinger og sovesofa. Nye rolige tregulv. Alle møbler oppdateres kontinuerlig med alle nye hvitevarer i 2018. Enheten er skritt til det vakre vannet i Mexicogolfen og ferskvannsbassenget. Dette vakkert vedlikeholdte komplekset har 2 strandkabiner, strandstoler, stort oppvarmet svømmebasseng, spillrom, shufflboard og en naturskjønn strandpromenade hvor du vil oppleve de mest fantastiske solnedgangene! Det er mange butikker, restauranter, golf, fiske, båtliv, parasailing, gallerier i området. Busch Gardens / Disney er en kort kjøreavstand. Kom tilbringe ferien på Island House og gjør ferien til en mest minneverdig!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. However, the administrative staff left a lot to be desired. Upon checking out We were unsuccessful in obtaining rental rate information for 2025 and thought we had been placed on a hold list for one of two specific properties for 2025 while we awaited the new rental information. After not receiving a call back after a reasonable period of time I contacted their office only to find out that 2 of the people I spoke with were no longer employed there and that no one knew anything about a hold list for the properties we were interested in. Additionally, we were told that because we were beyond the 10 day period from when we had checked out, the hold we thought we had on the property we had stayed in was also gone and as a result we had nothing reserved for 2025 and nothing we were interested in was available.The person that I was now talking with indicated she would review their reservation list and get back to me in a day or so with any other alternatives.Three months has now gone by without a replyVery disappointedWe certainly will be looking elsewhere

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 plus inches of rain and our villa leaked in multiple spots, needed pots to collect water and move beds to prevent getting wet. Property mgt inferred some sort of compensation/discount when spoken to, then get email detailing agreement stating no refunds due to weather. Also pool out multiple days, pool table was in bad shape. Only plus was location.

Perfect family vacation

Beautiful, Comfortable Villa on a Beautiful Beach

This villa was so beautiful and comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved that it was close to the pool and easy access to the laundry room. The beach, which is one of the prettiest I’ve seen, is a short walk away! All the comforts of home in a great area. We can’t wait for our next visit to Siesta Key Beach!!
