Den har en stor stue, spisestue, fullt utstyrt kjøkken, (alle hvitevarer), skjerm og glass Lanai. Enheten har 3 tv, dvd, vcr, stereo, gratis Wi-Fi i enhet, vaskemaskin, tørketrommel, sentralvarme / ac. Leiligheten har utsikt over palmer, hvit sand og det turkise vannet i Mexicogolfen. Utsikten er pittoresk og solnedgangene fantastiske. Dette attraktive komplekset ligger på den bredeste delen av en av de beste strendene i Florida. Komplekset har 2 strandkabaner, strandstoler og en naturskjønn strandpromenade. Det er et stort oppvarmet svømmebasseng, samt et rekreasjonsrom med basseng, ping pong, air hockey. Overdækket parkering. Det er mange butikker, restauranter, gallerier, golfbaner, vannsport i området. Busch Gardens er 1 time unna og Disney / Epcot 21/2 timer. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Island House for many years. It's the prefect getaway for us. This visit started with a surprisingly unclean unit. But, the minute we brought our concern to the office, it was met with an immediate apology and quick resolution. The cleaning crew was out asap and did a bang up job. No excuses, just quick and efficient resolution.Everything else as great. The now clean unit was, well, clean, the bed was comfortable, the showers are nice and strong, WIFi was good. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to prepare a few thing at "home". As always, the sunsets and the beach were just fabulous. There is nothing like the white sands of Siesta Key Beach. You have to walk in that white, powder soft sand to believe it. We plan to return in just a few short weeks with more family in tow.I would not hesitate to not only return but, to recommend Island House to anyone we know.

Great beachside location

Wonderful unit. Beautiful sands of Siesta key right out the back window. Nice updated kitchen and baths. Great for my wife and two little boys. Great onsite property management, smooth communication. Will be back!
