Dette attraktive komplekset har 2 strandkabaner, strandstoler, gårdsplass med shuffleboard. Det er et rekreasjonsrom med basseng, ping pong, air hockey. Det er også et stort oppvarmet svømmebasseng. Enheten har sentralvarme og a / c. Det er mange butikker, restauranter og ting å gjøre i området. Busch hager / Adventure Island er en time unna og Disney / Epcot er 2 1/2 timer unna. Great Location But Still Recovering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is older and a mix of multi-level condo buildings and single level standalone villas that were all impacted by the hurricanes last year. It appears all the villas are still being worked on. You pass the villas coming onto the property and during the weekdays there are a mix of construction/trade vehicles and large dumpsters. Some of the windows on the condos are boarded up still.The unit we were in was spacious and had all the kitchen items we needed. Plenty of couch space to sit and table space to eat. Nice sized bathrooms with big showers. The unit was fairly clean when we arrived, but the countertops and floors were "gritty" and should have been cleaner IMO. Overall the place needed a good deep cleaning. Most of the screens on the patio were missing and the windows were showing their age... hard to open and some damage on the hardware and shades.The unit could use a good refresh throughout. Access to the beach was great and the availability of chair/tent/cabana service was easy to use. The pool was very nice and big but at the opposite end of the property from the beach and along the main road (Midnight Pass). The trolley has stops right by the main entrance.Distance to both Siesta Key Village and grocery/Target/off island food options was short. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location and easy beach access were the main positives. You can tell they are trying to put things back together after the storms last year. Would stay here again if conditions continue to improve.

We've been coming here for about 20 years. Island House is a wonderful vacation experience, especially 13 North. It's our favorite. The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable and very conveniently located to the beach. Island House is also very conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. We can't wait to return.

I stayed with my family and my sister and her family were directly across the hall from me. With the private elevator it felt like we just had our own private floor. The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean, convenient to the beach, and tons of space. I can’t say enough about the stay. I hope to come back and rent the same condo again.

The staff is delightful and incredibly responsive, Scott, Jan, Barris, and Tebow make for an easy visit! I encourage you to stay at IH for a wonderful vacation! Don’t mind my cleanliness review. I’m a super OCD neat freak. So no place, other than my own home, would measure up. :)

Awesome sunsets!!!

Amenities in the unit were good and we appreciated the easy access to washer/dryer. Unit was clean and plenty of space. Master suite was good, and second bedroom and full bath also good. A little tight for 6 adults (which it advertises). Had a few issues upon arrival, some of which were stated to be from the previous tenant, and some should have been handled before our arrival. Management company was quick to respond and polite. Feel free to spray for cockroaches more frequently. Coming from the north, not used to seeing that on the kitchen counter.

The beach is amazing, the location is perfect, and the people are are always helpful and friendly. We stayed in 13N this time and love the views, especially the screed in porch!
