«Very comfortable villa in a lovely location but be prepared to drive to local amenities. Well maintained with discreet daily outdoor and pool maintenance. Additional fees for sauna use was a surprise as was the lack of essential supplies like dishwasher and laundry soap, paper towels, dish cloths. But in general, the kitchen and dining room was well equipped with ample cookware and service ware for ten people. The views are exceptional and there are many towns and villages within an hours ...

«We were a group of 10 that stayed here for 4 days. We ranged in age from 19 to 72. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the views, the quiet, the pool and the ability to spread out and not feel cramped. The Villa is about 15 minutes from the train station, so a day trip to Florence was no problem. Some of the more adventurous even took the train to Cinque a Terra. We also used the pool and appreciated the reserved seating area with the large umbrella. The communication and directions to the store ...

Vittorio, owner, and Fulvia, manager, were extremely helpful and informative. The location is perfect in that everything in town is within walking distance and you still have plenty of privacy.
