«We booked this for just one night. It cost just under 400 and it sounded fab. We opened the door on arrival and the smell of Indian food hit us like a brick wall. We had to leave all windows and doors open for hours. It was grimy and sticky and the cutlery and cups were filthy with food still stuck to them. The cups were smeared with brown marks inside. Two of the beds were brick hard. The floors and doors squeaked so badly and we could hear the neighbours doors opening and closing next door. ...

"The room was okay, and the employees were nice. The issue was that we were not made aware they had live music on Friday and Saturday evenings before arriving. The band was right below our room and made the walls shake. They did stop as scheduled at 23, but music from a soundsystem continued until around 1, keeping us up. we were supposed to stay to night, but decided to leave after one. The hotel did refund us for the night we didn’t stay, but we were told they would contact us regarding the night we did stay which hasn’t happened. "
