«Adorable cottage in a perfect location to walk into West Hampton town and the beaches. Easy check-in with great communication. Plenty of amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and all you need to have a BBQ. Peaceful backyard - perfect to relax and read or enjoy an outside BBQ with family. I was with 2 girls friends and it was great for our needs.»

«The property was very quiet and ideally located as advertise. Be advised that there are steep stairs to carry your suitcases. The placement of air conditioners could be improved. And the cleanliness of the pillows, and comfort of the mattresses could be greatly improved. It was a nice surprise to have an Nespresso machine and capsules. And it worked out just fine for our one night stay during a family wedding at the Sayville resort.»

«The price was fitting for what we needed. Very little to almost nothing check in instructions. The listing said AC, was surprised to find window units and the kids room did not have any unit so had to use a fan to blow air in there throughout the day and into the night. Did not specify no laundry washer/dryer on-site. Was not overly accommodating in providing options beforehand, especially when gets usually expect to have laundry onsite when renting a house. I had a dad and his two sons over to ...

«This was the perfect spot for us for a quick weekend stay in Hampton Bays. Close to Ponquoge Beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Great size for our group of four. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because we didn’t get the good weather, but we will be back. Good value for price. Irina was excellent at communicating. We loved our short stay here. Would highly recommend to my friends.»

«Could not ask for a more helpful, kind, accommodating host, who made sure we had everything we needed and quickly responded to any questions we had along the way. Really sweet home on a mellow street, with a very private backyard and pool that heats up quickly and retains heat well, too. (Wish our own pool did that!) We really loved being SO village-walkable — we hardly used the car. Lots of good spots for meals and ice cream. What a wonderful way to kick off the summer with our crew!»
