«Love the serenity»

«Spacious room with modern appliances and well equipped. The cabin itself was in need of maintenance, with flaking paint and rotten skirting, which detracted from an otherwise satisfactory experience. View from our cabin was restricted by the roof of a hotel in front of the cabins, which was disappointing as the view is magnificent. No BBQ facilities.»

«The price value was incredible- it a camping site with not really impressive looking cabins, the stay turned out fantastically both due to the accuracy communication on what was most important- the beach and the kangaroos. «Not real good not many staff great swimming pool nice place»

«Proximity to beach and pub»

«Mackay is not the center of the world, and the city has clearly suffered after Covid with a lot of store closures etc. It also doesn’t have the big tourist streams as larger Australian cities have. «Lovely spot, that reminds you sometimes luxury is peace, quiet and a moment to breathe.»

«Could provide containers suitable to cook in the microwave.»

«This is an older style motel but the rooms are clean, roomy and the bed is comfortable with crisp, white sheets and pillows. Nothing fancy with this motel but everything works and for an overnight stay with a small dog, it is ideal. The only unusual element is that the office is not open for check-in. You call a phone number and a woman talks you through where to find the key and your room number. We didn't need to talk directly to staff so no problem for us.»

«Meget bra motell. Eier bor på anlegget og var meget service minded. Fikk faktisk gratis øl ved ankomst. Freshed og ryddig over alt. Lite av interesse i lokal området, men et supert sted for en lovernatting.»

«Great location and comfortable rooms»

«Huge room located across the road in the secondary building! Lovely and clean and staff all wonderful. Thank you for a lovely stay!»

«Daily WiFi allowance way too small ☹️»
