«Parking was very limited and at times had to walk a fair bit. Only had parking on-site for small vehicles. Accommodation a little tired but clean. Close to Kings Beach Tavern. All in all, adequate for the time we needed to spend in Caloundra.»

«The sleeping/bedroom arrangements of this property we not properly explained. One bedroom was not even a bedroom and had a louver wall one side and a curtain door. This room was also very small. I would not recommend this property it to adults sharing together. I barely slept. The bed in the main bedroom was also very squeaky. Also, no oven only a microwave. The shower was also very mouldy and had not been cleaned properly in a while. On a whole, very disappointing. Very over priced for what it ...

«We had a great stay at ‘the beach shack’. The house was exactly as described and check in was simple with Martin being an excellent host. It is surprisingly large and the beds were comfortable. The house had all the little extras to make a stay simple and seamless ( toiletries, basic pantry items and some bikes). Location was fantastic and the pricing was very fair. Would definitely recommend!»

«Great renovation has been completed on this house. Nice new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry and pool area. Shame that there is not a dining table and chairs. White sofa not very comfortable. Pillows are very small in bedrooms. Nice quiet area.»

«The villa is clean and decent. The third bedroom is based in the hallway with tiny bunk beds only suitable for very young children. You have to pay extra for linen which is an expensive hidden cost. Apart from that the views are amazing. The villa is comfortable and the owner is very responsive - a good stay overall»

«Took our three young children here for a holiday and enjoyed the fantastic location by the beach! Outdoor swimming pool was also nice. Our apartment on the 8th floor had a great view but was in need of an upgrade. Cleaning of the room before we arrived had been a bit slack with a broken lamp and old sock left behind. One of the staff members managed to loose her temper both days we were buying ice cream for the kids - apparently she did not 'have time to' listen to the translations required for ...

«The apartment was well fitted out, clean and value for money. The two seater couch was very old and the springs were broken so two people could not comfortably sit on it. It was the only disappointment we experienced in our stay. We live in regional Queensland and had to come to Brisbane to visit the RBWH which is a 5 minute drive from the apartment. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends, just replace the couch please.»
