«Nice new hotel in the outskirts of Shinjuku. All on/with the hotel i super nice, the only backdraft is that there is no Metro/Subway around, it takes 15 minuts to walk to a station. But they allow and love dogs, thats a plus!»

«Communication was wonderful and the property was more than promised. As US residents and first time visitors to Japan, it took a little time to understand the functions of the space. After a couple of hours all became crystal clear. We cooked in all evening meals, the kitchen is very comfortable and stocked abundantly with utensils and bar ware. Good neighborhood shopping within walking distance as well as metro station. We spent 5 days here and ventured out by rail every day.»

«The room was tidy and cozy with wifi heating and cooling. The residents were very kind and accommodating. They gave excellent insight and advice for local experiences. Even helping us get to a judo dojo! Thank you, Sadie and Myra!!»

«Arrived around 12 and were only staying one night, leaving early the next morning. The check in is at 3 and you are not able to use the facilities at the hotel before check in. We asked if we could use the roof top pool before check in, after some discussions we were allowed to use the pool from 1, but we had to pay an additional fee (5500 yen). We did not get any explanation why we had to wait one hour. We stayed at the pool for a few hours, there were no other guests there and we question why ...
