Kitchen very well equipped - and also looked well set up for families with younger children too. Family space was great, nice big garden. Lovely tranquil setting - we enjoyed spotting the pheasants and deer in the garden. Great location - close to some gorgeous beaches and local attractions. «This property was ideal for 18 family members and 2 small dogs. The weather wasn’t brilliant but the games room, books etc in the accommodation was ideal along with a few items we supplied. I think better photos are required as the current ones do not reflect the property, it is much better than presented. Due to the school holidays and bank holiday, parking was a nightmare for the additional vehicles. Some elements are getting tired but I think this is reflected in the rate. More than adequate ...

«The property was lovely and tastefully decorated. It had what we needed and more. The views and proximity of the property surpassed our expectations. We enjoyed exploring Norfolk and all it had to offer, but also loved relaxing in the house as the views were lovely. Spent hours watching boats coming and going in the evenings. We also saw so much wildlife, such as deer, herons and birds of prey. Loved every minute of our stay.»

The whole family had a great time - brilliant well-equipped house, big garden ideal for playing in and sitting out in the evening watching the sunset across the fields. 10 mins walk to the sandy beach and then long walks to Waxham Sands to see the seals. Great coffee and cafe at Waxham Barn and wonderful pub lunch at The Nelson Head after swimming at Winterton-on-sea, another fantastic sandy beach. All in all a brilliant holiday.»

«We booked all of the cottages they were beautiful, very clean and amazing. The gardens were very secure so the small grandchildren where very safe which gave us peace of mind. The games room was good for all especially the Big Kids !! We will be going back and would recommend Fielding Cottages and the Goat Shed to all. Shop and cafe were also amazing»
