«The house presented well and looked as it did in the pictures. It was clean and nice and spacious. Finding the digital key pad to get in the house in the dark was a challenge, it needs a porch light as you can't see it as its black. Also I had a few difficulties with the property. The jacuzzi was empty of water and their was a boiler issue. The owner was responsive and with their instructions I fixed the problem. However, they were not so helpful when I asked for a small refund. Also the sofa ...

«The flat was in a convenient location, was quiet and enjoyable. It would have been much better if there had been more comfortable seating in the living room and dining area, though … wooden chairs aren’t great for sitting more than a few minutes! Most importantly, there were no fans! We experienced an unexpected heat wave, and it was very uncomfortable in the flat at 90degree temperatures. I tried to message the host but was unsuccessful. Generally, the flat could stand a general up-dating ...

«Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. Please avoid Hotels, com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This ...

«We had a great stay in Cambridge! The house was really clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us, with the Portland Arms, plenty of restaurants, and the river all close by. Getting in and out was easy, and the host was great to work with throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!»

«The house was clean, well located and comfortable. We did have an issue with a double booking on the second night of our stay, during which the second group were able to enter the house with our belongings in as you are instructed to leave the second key in the lock box. We were lucky they were such nice people, and graciously cancelled their booking, or we could have had an issue. Novotel London Stansted Airport

Novotel London Stansted Airport

10/10 Utmerket
"Det er et veldig bra hotell! Rent. Hyggelige medarbeidere . Jeg måtte stå opp kl 4 på morgenen for å rekke flyet og spurte om de kan ringe meg «i tilfellet». Det var helt topp! Skal bruke hotellet igjen når jeg er på Stansted flyplass."
