Hoteller i Shelsley Beauchamp

«Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet.»

«Small double room, knightwick, has a toilet that leaked. The whole bathroom and bedroom stinks of mould because the floor must still be damp from the leaks. This room should not be used. The smell was so bad we had to leave the fan and light on all night. This was v noisy but preferable to the stink. Rooflights open all night. The door is a folding type so you can't even shut the smell out. Such a shame because the restaurant, pub and area are lovely and the food v good. Would pay not to stay in ...

«Failed to clean room Staff rude to guest after over charging at bar. Additional £40 charged to card which I will challenge. No eggs for breakfast.... Stayed here many times in the past but need to clean up their act....»

«Great staff and excellent food»

«Lovely hotel.»

«Wasn’t aware we had to check in by a certain time. An email was sent half an hour beforehand considering the location and reason we were visiting the area this could easily have been missed»

«Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value.»

«Veldig hyggelig å bo over en pub. Utrolig god service blant de ansatte. God og sjarmerende frokost som stod utenfor døren om morgenen. Mulig for engelsk frokost fra kl. 8. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd og vil bo her igjen.»

«Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by ...

«Beautiful character property with cute rooms, really nice staff and delicious breakfast. Location is gorgeous!»

«Charming hotel and nice staff. The only downside was that breakfast was self service with limited choice and had run out of many items before we arrived.»

«Lovely hotel, staff friendly and very helpful. Spa is wonderful.»

«Greit hotell med trivelig betjening. God frokost, men hotellet fremstår som noe slitt.»
