«We had a weather event and no power for a day. Owners called immediately to see if we were ok. Checked with us several times to see if we needed anything. Since power was still out at dusk, the hosts sent flashlights and water even though we assured them we were fine. Perfect, thoughtful response. Home was the most well-stocked of any place we have ever stayed, and spotlessly clean. We had every essential we needed and not just the starter packs. Detergents, dishwasher pods, coffee, ...

«Fantastic location with easy access to the beach. Safe neighborhood. Lovely property. Nicely decorated. Excellent outdoor space. You can even see a partial view from the front porch. Perfect for two people. One bed decent, the other hard, but that is a personal opinion. Better than average kitchen essentials( although I suggest you bring larger tongs for grilling) The oven was the only negative. Needs to be replaced due to the temperature control not being readable and the stovetop heating ...

«Check-in was a breeze. Charles' home was very inviting and clean and very spacious. Close to the beach and stores. Golf Cart rental helped my family of 8 get around smoothly. «This was a clean property with easy access to a great beach and spectacular sunsets. Communication with the owner was easy, as was check in and check out. There are available beach items like a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Although this is a pet-friendly property, be aware that Mexico Beach does not allow pets. Our well-trained dog, who loves the beach, was very disappointed.»

«Ms. Alicia was so nice and responsive. The house was concisely decorated and VERY clean. The area was so quiet and respectful during quiet hours. The online listing was exactly as expected upon arrival. There were no hidden fees (parking etc) like other places. The check in process was soooo easy!! I will definitely be staying again!»

«Check in was easy and communication with the host was consistent and clear. The rooms were clean and well stocked. It was very handy that each room had its own tv. Also being able to use the porch and garage to “desand” after going to the beach was very useful. The kitchen could use some basic seasonings but as far as appliances, pots, and pans, they had everything you need. Great place for families and would stay again in a heartbeat!»
