This newly remodeled home is about 4 miles from Publix Sports Complex on Chip Seal Pkwy, which is great for those coming for traveling baseball/softball tournaments. It is 9 miles from Pier Park, and 10 miles from Frank Brown Park, another fabulous sports park. AND, while you are here, don't forget that you are minutes from some of the local favorites in St. Andrews.
