The accommodation is located in an old courtyard, a typical Sevillian building, with windows overlooking the interior courtyard. Dozens of flowerpots and a fountain dominate the courtyard, along with several seats where you can sit and read a book or simply listen to the running water.

The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including an electric boiler so you don't have to worry about hot water, hygiene products, and basic kitchen items such as salt, oil, vinegar, pepper, and salt.
